Bugfix: Improved reliability when using the GPU to accelerate the effect.
This bug can manifest as the GPU render path returning a black frame or an unchanged frame. The cause is the use of uninitalised memory as the return code to After Effects / Premiere Pro, which means that they don't know that the plugin has actually worked.
This bug was introduced in v3.8.5.
Bugfix: Improved reliability in Premiere Pro when using the find card and read card functions.
Previously these actions could interfere with subsequent edits to the card.
Bugfix: Improved reliability in After Effects when using the find card and read card functions. Previously it was possible to crash the plugin by using the effect UI while these were in progress.
Bugfix: When loading a card don't leave the Ref button highlighted if the card isn't the reference card.
Bugfix: The bottom right corner of the OneShot Plus card is blue (previously named teal).

Add support for additional footage types:
- ARRI LogC4
- Blackmagic cameras using Blackmagic Film Gen5
- Davinci Resolve Intermediate
- RED cameras
Add support for a new chart type:
- DSC Labs OneShot Plus
Various improvements to the overlay and card find/read code:
- Model perspective when calculating where to sample the color patches.
This means that you can work with footage with the chart at a fairly extreme angle to the camera by placing the corners of the chart manually. - Show the sample points for each patch in the chart overlay.
- Tweak the find card code to be slightly better at finding the chart. (It still requires the chart to be facing the camera).
Improvements to the overlay for a few card types:
- SpyderCheckr: show two rectangular outlines, one for the left page and one for the right page.
- ColorChecker Video: show two rectangular outlines, one for the left and right hand color grids.
- ColorChecker Digital SG: show a second inner rectangular outline to allow for easier orientation by matching the colors of the outline to the patches in the grid.

Bugfix: fix an error in the OpenCL code that caused it to fail over to (very much slower) software rendering
All three bugs were introduced in v3.8.3

Fix bug that can cause deltaE correction to give crazy results. The bug existed in all previous versions of the plugin that support deltaE. This bug was found using S-Log 3 footage, but there is no reason to believe that it is limited to just that type of footage.

WARNING - This version of the plugin changes the results for exceptionally bright parts of the frame (parts that are clipping). The old versions of the plugin could sometimes have the clipped highlights less bright than the non-clipped highlights in the output. If you require exactly the same result as before please only upgrade to v3.8.2.
Increase accuracy when calculating the LUT for Export LUT.
Speed up by plugin by getting the GPU to accelerate the calculation of the LUT for rendering (works with all three GPU frameworks: CUDA / OpenCL / Metal).
Speed up by caching things for the UI.
Fix bug that could cause crash when reading / finding card in After Effects on Mac.

Add support for the DGK Color Tools - DKK 5x7 color chart.
Added two new color matching algorithms "deltaE WB only" and "deltaE".
- The "deltaE" color matching algorithms work by trying choose the linear (physical) color correction to minimise perceived color errors when looking at the chart.
- When the "deltaE" algorithms are selected: the adjustments work in Lab space (i.e. perceptual space), which means the "whites" control will have feel more similar to the "blacks" control than before. (The exposure adjustment still works, as it did, with physical light).
- When the old "None", "PerC", and "Mix" algorithms are selected, the behaviour of the adjustments is unchanged.
- The new default algorithm is "deltaE", if you want the old behaviour select "Mix".
The curves UI element now draws the curve without including the Exposure adjustment - this doesn't change the plugin output, but does allow you to easily see the effect of the various adjustments clearly.
Show the levels control for all the input and output transfer functions. Depending on exactly how footage is recorded (in camera, or external recorder) it may end up with different levels, the best fix is to enable the levels control to allow for all workflows.
Enable 8/16/32 bits per channel for the trial version.

Partially added support for the DGK Color Tools - DKK 5x7 color chart (currently find card will not work with this card, can be worked around by manually setting the corners and using read card).

Added support for Metal GPU acceleration
- Mac version of the plugin now supports Metal and OpenCL acceleration. (Now requires macOS 10.11 or higher).
- Windows version of the plugin unchanged (supports CUDA and OpenCL as before).
Add Level controls for Canon C-Log / C-Log 2 / C-Log 3.
Set the default levels for Canon C-Log / C-Log 2 / C-Log 3 to "Legal" which makes the plugin behave the same way as the LUTs provided by Canon (even though Canon describes the LUTs as "Full" to "Full"). If you wish to have the old behaviour, manually set the levels to "Full".
Bugfix: Now the 'Find Card in Frame' and 'Read from Frame' buttons work much more reliably under Premiere Pro CC 2017 and newer.
Bugfix: Speed up the 'Export LUT' button substantially on Mac.

This version appears to have broken CUDA acceleration, after some time the output will go black. It is not recommended that you upgrade to this version.
Bugfix. The following problems are now fixed:
- CUDA acceleration is more reliable and therefore Adobe Media Encoder will no longer Fail on the second or third clip in the queue.
- Sharing a single LUT across all instances of the effect when using CUDA/OpenCL acceleration. Therefore reducing memory use when working on sequences with large numbers of clips with the effect applied.
- Also improves the performance of the effect using After Effects (previously it was using one LUT per frame and therefore unnecessarily recalculating it each frame).
- More fine grained locking on MacOS when using either OpenCL/CUDA acceleration, improving stability.
